Return & Exchange Policy:
If you received defective merchandise or an incorrect order and would like to exchange it, please contact and we will be happy to assist you with any inconveniences. Please note, that due to sanitation and health regulations, Self Expression cannot accept returns on any opened seal products or used tools.
Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. If you believe that the item received is defective or damaged please submit your request within 24 hrs of the time of delivery either by email or by phone 863-733-5336 Mon-Fri 10AM- 4PM EST. Return/exchange requests submitted after 24 hrs of receipt are not guaranteed. Self Expression reserves the right to either replace the item or offer an in-store credit towards other products. All returned packages received without prior authorization will be refused and shipped back to sender.
Self Expression requires an exchange request to be submitted within 3 business days after receipt. All orders become final sale after 3 days of receipt. Exchange can be made only on items that were not previously used, remain sealed and in the original packaging. No exchanges will be accepted without prior authorization. Exchange credit will be issued after merchandise is received and inspected at Self Expression warehouse. Return and replacement shipping fees apply.
Cancellations for shipped products:
Any order can be cancelled without penalty until it has been shipped. Once shipped or in transit orders cannot be cancelled or revised.
Discontinued Products and Promotions:
No credits, refunds or exchanges allowed.
Cancellation Policy for Services:
Must have a working phone number in the system to confirm appointments. If number does not work and artist can not get in touch with you, appointment will be denied. We value everyone's time so please appreciate artists time.
A credit card is required to book appointment but will not be charged until service is complete.
If you pay with a card, a service charge will be added.
Please keep in mind if you did not show up for your last appointment without letting us know (no show), you will have to pay the missed appointment in full in order to reschedule. If you have two consecutive no shows we can no longer service you. Cancellation less than 24 hours is 100% of appt price. The system will automatically charge for missed appointment.
If you have two consecutive cancellations less than 24 hours you must pre pay for services to book next appointment.
The site will be updated periodically to reflect the Med Spas schedule.

*Please arrive on time or no later than 10 minutes late. This ensures you are receiving the best care without limitations.
*Full price will still be charged for late arrivals.
*A card is asked when booking only to reserve the appointment and will not be charged. The system will only charge the card if a cancellation is made less than 24hrs in advance or no show. Our company does not see any of the card information that client inputs.
*For lashes: The day before your lash application, please wash your lashes with warm water and soap/face wash/ baby shampoo, making sure you get the roots squeaky clean. This will help glue bond better and lashes last longer. Please do not come with eye make up on.
*For fill ins:
In order for your appointment to be a fill you have to have at least 1/3 of original set left. The time frame for volume lash fill is 3 weeks. As long as lashes are touched up within the time frame it is a fill guaranteed. If longer than 3 weeks it is possible that you will have to get a full set unless you still have 1/3 of original set left.
*Care instructions for lashes:
Do not get lashes wet in the first 24 hours, do not use any oil based products around your extensions as they will fall quicker, you may use baby eye sensitive shampoo for cleaning along with plain water to rinse, no eyelash clamps, curlers or mascara.
